How is "minute of AI analysis" measured?+

We bill only the wall-clock time the AI agent spends reasoning about your product, capped at $0.25 per successful check. A $2 top-up covers at least eight capped checks, and usually more.

Do failed checks use paid balance?+

No. If the system fails or reaches the reliability timeout before producing a reliable result, the failed check is not charged to paid wallet balance.

Do you offer refunds?+

Unused top-up balance can be refunded on request within 30 days. Email support@moyatech.ai.

Is the classification legally binding?+

No. All Moya results are AI-generated recommendations for reference only and should be verified by a licensed customs broker before filing.
