Moya provides AI-powered trade compliance tools for chat-based HS code classification, tariff/compliance radar, bilingual guidance, and pay-as-you-go wallet usage. These tools are designed to assist with trade compliance workflows.

3. Important Disclaimers

• HS codes, tariff rates, and agency requirements may change without notice.
• Users must independently verify all information with licensed customs brokers, trade attorneys, or relevant government agencies.
• Moya Tech LLC assumes no liability for duties, penalties, fines, shipment delays, seizures, or any other losses arising from reliance on information provided by the Service.
• The Service is not a substitute for professional customs brokerage or legal counsel.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Classification results should always be reviewed by a qualified professional before being used in official customs filings or regulatory submissions.

5. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions submitted to the Service.
• You are responsible for all decisions made using information from the Service.
• You agree not to misuse the Service for unlawful import/export activities.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and AI models within Moya remain the property of Moya Tech LLC. Users retain ownership of their own product data and descriptions submitted to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOYA TECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Billing

• Free tier users receive up to 10 classifications per week.
• Paid users operate on a pay-as-you-go wallet system and can top up at any time.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of charge.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect only the data necessary to operate the Service: account information (email, name), product descriptions submitted for classification, and usage analytics. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data may be processed using secure third-party Enterprise AI models to generate classifications.

10. Modifications

Moya Tech LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
